Christmas Eve...
Six actresses representing each generation from their 20s to their 60s, get together and prepare for a fashion magazine photo shoot. There is a scheduled war of nerves between the girls who are not use to sharing the spotlight. Hyun-jung and Ji-woo don't seem as if they will ever get along. As the oldest, Yuh-jung feels like she's been cast as a substitute and feels like the odd one out. Min-hee is enjoying the photo shoot, and Ok-bin, being the youngest, is uncomfortable and nervous, awkardly calling everyone teacher. Meanwhile, the staff are all over the place and the actresses are getting more and more sensitive...

The Actresses is an amusing behind the scenes/mockumentary-esque film about six actresses and their egos during a fashion photo shoot. However, even though it has been scripted, it's played out naturally as if there was no script. It has been done very well and the girls do a great job of pulling it off. The film is highly entertaining and quite funny. I imaging it's a huge bonus if your favourite actress is one of these talented ladies.
